What we deliver
Every engagement produces a written assessment covering market size, competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, import duties post-TEPA, and a shortlist of 5-15 vetted potential partners. For Swiss companies entering India, we focus on tier-1 metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore) and selected tier-2 cities where your category has the highest upside. For Indian companies entering Switzerland, we cover the DACH and EFTA regulatory framework and introduce relevant distribution or B2B channels.
How we work
Typical engagement timeline: four to eight weeks from kickoff to a final report. We start with a two-hour discovery call to understand your product, priorities, and hypotheses. We then run primary research in both countries, including calls with 10-30 stakeholders per mandate, regulatory outreach, and a price-point analysis. We close with a written report and a live presentation where we defend our recommendations against your team.
When to engage us
Market Intelligence is the right service when you know India matters but do not yet know where to start, which product line fits best, or whether the TEPA tariff phase-in changes your economics. We also run mid-mandate refreshes for companies that have been in India for years and need an outside read.
