2. Data We Collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through our contact form, newsletter signup, or appointment booking. This includes: name, email address, company name, phone number, and any information you include in your message.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, providing our advisory services, sending newsletters (only with your explicit consent), and scheduling appointments.

4. Third-Party Services and Processors

We use the following services to operate our website. All are bound by data-processing agreements or their equivalent under Swiss DSG and EU GDPR:

• Formspree (contact, newsletter, and lead-capture form processing) – USA, DPF-certified
• Supabase (first-party website analytics and B2B portal backend, hosted in the EU) – used to log page views and basic event data on our own infrastructure
• Calendly (appointment scheduling) – USA, GDPR-compliant
• Google Fonts (typography) – loaded from Google servers with preconnect
• Google Analytics 4 (aggregate audience analytics) – only loaded after you grant Analytics consent, with IP anonymisation enabled
• LinkedIn Insight Tag (B2B audience measurement) – only loaded after you grant Marketing consent
• Microsoft Clarity (session-level behaviour analytics) – only loaded after you grant Analytics consent
• GitHub Pages (static site hosting) – USA, industry-standard security controls

We operate a three-tier consent model on your first visit: Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Customise. Under Customise you can toggle Analytics (Supabase event logging, GA4, Clarity) and Marketing (LinkedIn Insight Tag) independently. Before you grant consent, Google Consent Mode v2 blocks all non-essential tools by default. First-party Supabase analytics logs the consent decision itself for audit purposes with no personal identifiers. You can withdraw or change consent at any time via the «Manage cookies» link in the footer.

5. Your Rights (Swiss DSG / EU GDPR)

You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction or deletion, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@pullely-consulting.com.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Newsletter subscriber data is deleted upon unsubscription.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We operate three categories of cookies and similar browser-storage technologies:

• Essential (always active): session continuity, security, remembering your consent choice. Stored in your browser via localStorage.
• Analytics (only after your consent): first-party Supabase event logging, Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, and Microsoft Clarity for behavioural insights. These help us understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
• Marketing (only after your consent): LinkedIn Insight Tag for B2B audience measurement and advertising-effectiveness analysis.

Essential storage includes: the consent choice itself (pc_cookie_consent, pc_cookie_prefs), session ID (pc_session_id), and exit-intent display flag (pc_exit_intent_shown). No personal identifiers are stored in these keys. Third-party embeds such as Calendly may set their own cookies when you actively interact with them.
