Born and raised in Switzerland to parents from Kerala, India, Sanoj has lived the connection between these two worlds his entire life. His career began at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), where he co-founded the Asia Club and was recognized for the best research project in "Doing Business in India."
His professional home is in Swiss finance and technology. As a venture capitalist at Zuercher Kantonalbank, he honed his ability to identify and nurture high-growth companies. Combined with roles at Lombard Odier, UBS, Credit Suisse, SIX, and Deloitte, Sanoj brings a unique ability to translate complex opportunities into clear business value for decision-makers.

His career spans leading institutions including SIX Group Services AG, Saxo Bank Switzerland, and AXA Bank Europe, where he specialized in IFRS and Swiss OR reporting, SNB and FINMA regulatory compliance, and SAP-driven process automation.
As the founder of Bharatheeya Kalalayam Switzerland, a leading Malayalee cultural association, Sabu has been a central figure in the Swiss-Indian community for years. His extensive network across both countries and his understanding of Swiss and Indian business cultures make him an invaluable bridge between these two worlds.
