Our network philosophy
Our introductions are not brokerage. We only introduce two parties when there is a genuine commercial logic for both sides. This means we sometimes decline introduction requests if we do not see a clear match, because a bad introduction costs us future credibility with the counterparty. The result: when we send an introduction, both sides take it seriously.
Types of introductions
C-suite to C-suite introductions at corporates and mid-market companies in both markets. Founder-to-investor introductions across Swiss-European PE/VC capital and Indian growth companies. Distributor and retail-group introductions for consumer-facing Swiss brands. Regulatory and policy-level introductions in both federal and state administrations where relevant (including our established presence in Swiss-Indian parliamentary dialogue).
Process
We start with a short brief on who you want to meet and why. We then reach out personally to the target, share context, and confirm mutual interest before sending the introduction email. We stay copied on the first exchange so cultural context is managed well, then step back to let the relationship develop.
