Model 2
Employer-of-record

Full-time employees in India without founding an Indian entity. An EOR partner carries payroll, compliance and benefits; you carry the working relationship. The right structure once a remote team grows past two or three people.

Relocation to Switzerland

For key hires who need to sit with the team. We navigate the Swiss third-country work-permit pathway (cantonal quotas, qualification evidence) and the practical landing — housing, registration, family setup.
