Sanoj Pullely
Building the Swiss-Indian bridge from the Zurich side — combining a decade in Swiss finance with a lifetime of cultural fluency.
Background
Sanoj Pullely was born and raised in Switzerland to parents from Kerala, India, and has lived the bilateral connection between these two worlds his entire life. His career began at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), where he co-founded the Asia Club and was awarded for the best research project in the HSG Doing Business in India programme.
Swiss finance career
Sanoj spent the past decade building depth in Swiss finance and technology. As a growth capitalist at Swisscanto Private Equity (ZKB), he sourced, evaluated, and invested into the Swiss and European growth-stage ecosystem, working directly with founders, fund managers, and institutional LPs. Prior roles at Lombard Odier, UBS, Credit Suisse, SIX Group, and Deloitte span wealth management, investment banking, corporate finance, and advisory — a combination that gives him unusual range across both buy-side and sell-side perspectives.
He is fluent in English, German, and Swiss German, and culturally fluent across Swiss, Indian, and broader European business contexts.
